Report on the 90th DYT Meeting held on 21st and 22nd May,2009 |

On the 21st and 22nd of May,2009, the 90th DYT Meeting under Paro Dzongkhag was held in the Dzongkhag DYT Hall. The Meeting was chaired by the DYT Chairman and it was attended by Deputy DYT Chairman, Dasho Dzongdag, Dasho Dzongrab, Dasho S.P, R.B.P,Gups, Mangaps, Regional Heads and Sector Heads of Paro Dzongkhag.
Important issues of the Gewog Administrations and Dzongkhag Administration were discussed and endorsed in the minutes of the Meeting to be sent to the Parliament.
Issues such as minimum requirement of land for registration, the need for reinstatement of 5 days holiday during Paro Tsechu and compensation/land replacement for land used for construction of farm roads were discussed along with other relevant and pertinent issues.
Dasho Drangpon, Royal Court of Justice, Paro,was invited as a guest and he talked on issues related to law and clarified on the issues put up regarding law.
