Evaluation Report for the Fiscal, Year 2009-2010 (Package I)
The District Tender Committee gathered at 10 AM on 6th October 2009 in the Dzongkhag Conference Hall for the award of work for the tenders opened on 24th September 2009.
For the: 1. Construction of ADM Block at Drugyel L S School ,the work was awarded to M/s U. S Construction, Thimphu being the lowest evaluated bidder at his quoted and corrected amount of Nu/- 28,61,689.06 (twenty eight lakhs sixty one thousand six hundred eighty nine and Chh zero six) only
2. Re-electrification of Youta Goenpa, Shaba Gewog , the work was awarded to M/S Jamyang Tashi Construction at his quoted and corrected amount of Nu. 2,40,703.40 (Nu. Two lakhs, forty thousand, seven hundred three and Ch. Forty) only.
3. Electrical Maintenance of Drugyel Higher Secondary School, the work was awarded to M/S Jamyang Tashi Construction in his quoted and corrected amount of Nu. 2,40,703.40 (Nu. Two lakhs, forty thousand, seven hundred three and Ch. Forty) only.
4. Construction of Staff Quarter at Wanakha, the work was awarded to M/S G.T Construction at his quoted and corrected amount of Nu. 32,21,737.67 (Nu. thirty two twenty one thousand seven hundred thirty seven & Ch.sixty seven) only.
5. Construction of Basket ball Court at Betekha, the work was awarded to M/S Saa-Shing Construction at his quoted and corrected amount of Nu. 13,41,036.16 (Nu. thirteen lakhs fourty one thousand thirty six and Ch.sixteen) only.
