To Commemorate Her Majesty the Gyaltsuen's 31st Birth Anniversary, the Rinpung Rabdey, Dzongkhag, Judiciary, Armed forces and civil servants offered Karmi Tongchey at the Rinpung Dzong Dukhang and 15 saplings of Dogwood, 5 saplings of Jacaranda species, 3 saplings of Pear, 3 saplings of Acer and 5 saplings of Quercus species were also planted at Kitchu Lhakhang premises.
